Trust Gate app 1.2.0 brings instant notifications on iPhone and Android when a shop confirms, ships or replies

Version 1.2.0 of the Trust Gate app passed Apple’s review and was released on the App Store on 19 October 2026; the same version is also live for Android users on Google Play. Users who allow notifications are told on their phone as soon as a shop confirms an order and issues the invoice, ships it, when an order is cancelled or expires, and when the other side of a chat replies. Shops are told when a new order arrives and when a buyer reports payment.

Notifications only concern the user’s own orders and conversations — they are not advertising — and can be switched on or off in the phone’s settings. The same events also appear under the bell in the app and on the website, and order updates reach buyers by e-mail too, and on LINE for those who have added @trustgate as a friend.

The version also adds search filters for price range, the shop’s province and verified shops only, sign-in with a LINE account, and an all-Thai interface. On the same day the trustgateth.com home page moved its app download section to the very top, with Google Play and App Store buttons and a QR code to scan with a phone.
