Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service (neutral venue)

Trust Gate is a neutral venue where buyers and sellers meet and make contact — nothing more. We take no part whatsoever in any transaction: we are not a party to any contract, do not accept or hold payment for either side, and are not responsible for payment, delivery, product quality, or any dispute arising between buyers and sellers. Verify your counterparty carefully and keep evidence at every step before transferring money.

2. Platform fees

We charge no commission and take no percentage of any trade on the platform. The platform earns from (a) annual seller membership as published on the pricing page, (b) advertising space at the rates published on the advertise page, and (c) Trust Gate transport services as quoted per job.

3. Seller verification & badges

A “Verified” badge reflects the level of document checks and/or site visits performed at the time of review only. It is not a guarantee of product quality, solvency, or the seller’s contractual performance.

4. Advertising on the platform

Every ad placement is clearly labelled “Advertisement”. Ad content is the advertiser’s responsibility; we reserve the right to refuse or remove unlawful or inappropriate ads without notice.

5. Trust Gate transport service

The trailer transport service is operated by Trust Gate directly. Its terms, pricing, and liability follow each job’s quotation and agreement, separate from goods traded between users on the platform.
