We collect data necessary to provide the service: account details, company information, seller verification documents, and buyer contact details (RFQ).

Purpose

To verify sellers, operate the directory and Clearance Lot, connect buyers with sellers, and improve the service.

Data-subject rights (PDPA)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

Document storage

Seller verification documents are stored securely in private storage, accessible only to authorized staff.
