Data controller
B2B Gateway Co., Ltd., company registration no. 0905569007450, is the data controller for Trust Gate.
Data we collect
We collect data necessary to provide the service: account details, company information, seller verification documents, buyer contact details (RFQ), and the applicant’s first source: UTM campaign, referring website host, and initial landing page.
Purpose
To verify sellers, operate the directory and Clearance Lot, connect buyers with sellers, improve the service, and measure which campaigns lead to registration and meaningful use without creating per-person browsing histories.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Only after you accept cookies, we may use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure visits, seller-application views, and completed store applications. Event data excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers, LINE ids, addresses, identity numbers, and business details entered in the form. You may decline and continue using the core service normally.
Marketing-data retention
First-touch source data remains attached while the account is open and is deleted or anonymized when the account is closed under our account-closure process.
Data-subject rights (PDPA)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.
Document storage
Seller verification documents are stored securely in private storage, accessible only to authorized staff.
ID card photos and face data
To open a shop, a seller uploads a photo of their Thai national ID card. The card carries the holder's portrait, so this photo contains an image of their face. We use it only so that our staff can check by eye that the applicant is the person named on the application. We do not run face recognition, face detection, or any other analysis of the face, we do not create biometric templates, and we never use the photo for advertising, analytics, or AI training. The photo is stored in a private storage bucket at our hosting provider, Supabase, and can be opened only by the seller who uploaded it and by authorized Trust Gate reviewers. It is never shown on the storefront or to buyers, and it is not sold or shared with any other third party, except where Thai law requires disclosure to a competent authority. A daily backup copy is kept on Cloudflare R2 for disaster recovery. We keep the photo for as long as the seller account is open. When the seller closes their account in the app or on the website, the photo is deleted from storage immediately, and backup copies are deleted within 30 days. A seller may ask us to delete it sooner by writing to contact@trustgateth.com. Profile photos and shop logos are optional, shown publicly, and are likewise never processed for face recognition.
