Trust Gate now lets users sign in and sign up with their LINE account on the website
9 October 2026 — Buyers and shops on Trust Gate can now sign in or sign up at trustgateth.com with their LINE account, with no new password to set, alongside the existing e-mail and Google sign-in.
From 9 October 2026, the Trust Gate sign-in and sign-up pages carry a "Continue with LINE" button. The user confirms who they are with LINE itself and is brought back to the page they were on, with no extra password to set or remember.
LINE is the main way many Thai businesses communicate, so signing in with an account they already have saves wholesale shops and buyers a step when they start using Trust Gate.
Trust Gate asks permission to use the e-mail address on the LINE account only to create the account, send order and message notifications, and recover the account — as stated under the button, with a link to the privacy policy. Trust Gate never receives the user’s LINE password and does not send messages on the user’s behalf.
LINE sign-in in the Trust Gate app arrives in the next app version.
