Trust Gate adds a sales report by channel to the shop dashboard, by day, month or year, with file download
6 October 2026 — Shops on Trust Gate can now see their sales by channel — direct orders, quotes and Managed Deal — over any range, by day, month or year, and download the detail as a CSV that opens in Excel.
From 6 October 2026 the shop dashboard has a "Sales" page that brings every way a shop sells on Trust Gate into one place: direct purchase orders, quotes (RFQ replies and formal quotes in chat) and Managed Deal.
A shop can pick the last 7 or 30 days, this month, 12 months, this year, all time or its own dates, group by day, month or year, and filter by channel. The report shows sales, number of deals, value still open and close rate for each channel, with a chart and a list of every deal.
A sale counts once the buyer has paid (direct orders) or accepted the quote, dated on Bangkok time. Shops can download both the deal list and a per-period summary. Managed Deal is still a pre-launch preview with no real payments, and the report marks it as such.
