Trust Gate announces Managed Deal, an optional service for B2B deals that need a shared delivery and acceptance process

Trust Gate, the Thai B2B wholesale marketplace operated by B2B Gateway Co., Ltd., has announced Managed Deal: an optional service for buyers and sellers who want every party to follow the same process — confirming goods, price and terms, then delivery, acceptance and any issue — with confirmations and key evidence tied to the one transaction.

Managed Deal is a choice, not a requirement. A deal enters it only when both buyer and seller opt in. Ordinary trade on Trust Gate stays direct: the parties contact each other, agree and pay each other, with no Managed Deal fee.

At first the service covers only clear, inspectable deals: Thailand-based businesses, payment in baht, physical ready-stock goods, delivery within 7 days, a value up to ฿50,000, and sellers who meet the service criteria.

Money is received, held, refunded or released through licensed payment providers; Trust Gate does not hold funds on the parties’ behalf. The service is in pre-launch, accepts no real payments, and its legal and accounting details are still under review before launch.
