Trust Gate launches direct purchase orders for fixed-price products
3 October 2026 — Buyers can now send a purchase order straight to the seller for products with a set price, and sellers choose per product whether to take orders, quotation requests, or both.
Product pages now carry a direct purchase order for items the seller has priced, including quantity-tier pricing. The buyer sets a quantity and sends the order to the seller at once; the price follows the tier for that quantity, and the seller confirms or declines from the shop dashboard.
Sellers choose the sales channels for each product. Items that need discussion, such as OEM production, keep the quotation request. Products without a price do not accept direct orders.
A direct purchase order is an agreement between buyer and seller. Payment and delivery follow what the parties agree; Trust Gate does not take payment on their behalf.
