Trust Gate ad credit can now be paid by PromptPay straight to the company account, with no added fee and the slip attached from your phone

From 7 October 2026, topping up ad credit in the Trust Gate ads centre starts with a "Choose how to pay" page: the advertiser picks the method before moving on, and no method adds a fee — they pay the price shown and nothing more. PromptPay is open now; card payment will follow later.

With PromptPay, the page shows a QR for that one payment, the amount, the payee "B2B Gateway Co., Ltd.", a reference and a pay-by time. Each payment’s amount is reduced by up to 99 satang so it is unique, which means the advertiser never pays more than the price and staff can match every transfer to its payment.

After paying, the advertiser attaches the slip on the same page. Someone who started on a computer but paid on their phone can show a second QR and scan it with the phone camera: it opens a slip upload on the phone with no sign-in, valid for that payment only and for 24 hours. Once the slip is sent, the payment page on the computer changes to "Proof of payment received" by itself.

Staff verify the amount against the company account within 10 minutes. On confirmation the credit is added at once, with a receipt and a notification. If a slip will not attach, the advertiser can contact staff on LINE with the reference. Users cannot confirm a payment or set its amount themselves, and a repeated confirmation never credits twice — these rules are enforced in the database.

This channel is only for Trust Gate’s own services. Trades between buyers and shops on the marketplace are still paid directly between them, as before.
