FAQ

What should I ask a seafood OEM factory?
Ask for the factory’s GMP/HACCP certificates, who applies for the Thai FDA number, who owns the recipe, the minimum per recipe, and taste a sample before production. Put the details in a quote request.
How is frozen seafood delivered?
It needs a refrigerated truck or foam boxes with dry ice. Ask whether the seller delivers to your area, the freight cost and who is responsible if goods thaw in transit.
What does a shrimp size like 31/40 mean?
It is the count per pound: 31/40 means roughly 31–40 shrimp per pound. The lower the number, the bigger the shrimp — useful for comparing prices across shops.
How do I know which shops have been checked?
Look at the badge on the card and the shop page. “Document Verified” means our team checked the shop’s documents; “Onsite Verified” means we visited. Shops labelled “Public data” were compiled from open sources and have not been checked, and “Sample shop” marks a demo storefront.
